Would definitely recommend it to anyone!
Dr. Rotoli is the best doctor I've came across in years. His bedside manner is impeccable. You don't have to wait longer for your appointment or medication renewals. When you are inpatient in the hospital, someone from his team, comes to see you everyday including Saturday and Sunday during your whole hospital stay. When he talks to you, he gives you his attention. You don't feel rushed. Chosing NJ Brain and Spine would be you best decision!

Very reassuring and knowledgeable.
I wanted to take a moment and thank the staff and especially Dr. Giorgio Rotoli, of NJ Brain and Spine. I had suffered a severe injury due to a fall, about 2 years ago. This required a low back fusion. I knew at that time I had further back issues, but my doctor's prioritized my lumbar first. I recovered well from that surgery and returned to work. I was still seeing a pain management group, (very highly regarded in the state & was referred by my attorney); over a period of several months, numerous nerve tests, epidurals and medications, nerve damage was proven but my condition was worsening. Left sided paralysis, cognitive issues, fine motor skill declined, etc. After failed epidurals & physical therapy, I was prescribed Gabapentin and sent on my way. The first day I took the script, I had 2 seizures. The doctors at this highly regarded practice told me to only take 1/2 the prescribed amount & take it before bed. Over the next 5 days, my symptoms became intensified. I returned to that office feeling defeated & concerned for my physical & mental health. I was told, to my face, "There is no surgical solution for you.' I was devastated & started to prepare myself for a life of disability. I was quickly becoming immobile, having tremors and a synching feeling around my waist. My fears became elevated when I experienced incontinence. Being in the medical field myself, I knew this was an emergency situation. I went to an Emergency room & after waiting 3 hours, finally found a physician willing to hear my symptoms & signs, leaning towards what I believed was a MS diagnosis. I was lucky in receiving the necessary imaging. After many hours in a MRI machine, I was greeted by a man with a warm smile and a gentle demeanor. He introduced himself as Dr. Giorgio Rotoli. He explained the results of the tests showed no MS, but instead an "impressively large herniated disk". He basically explained that without surgery, I may become fully paralyzed on my left due to the spinal cord injury and the herniation caused a lack of blood flow to my brain, causing cranial ischemia. So I now understood where these mixed symptoms & signs where coming from. I was transported the next morning & had emergency surgery just days after being told I was basically going to have to resign myself to a life of immobility and loss of cognitive ability from a "reputable pain management physician". I am so extremely grateful to Dr. Rotoli for his quick, decisive, and compassionate decision. He basically saved my professional and personal life. I still have some weakness & balance issues, but I am working closely with my physical therapist and am back to driving, walking upright, typing, writing and back to my job as a Radiologic Technologist. I wouldn't be able to do what I do without the swift action & decisions made by Dr. Rotoli. I am forever grateful & am more than ready to offer anyone who asks if I "know someone who can help", his name & the groups practice information. From Betsy at the front desk to Yvette who was integral in completing my paperwork so quickly & efficiently. Thank you ladies! And thank you Dr. Rotoli. I wouldn't be able to help my patients had you not taken such wonderful care of me. My heartfelt gratitude to you & may you prosper in this industry for years to come.
Professional & efficient.
