Doctor's Biography

Dr. Carnevale joined the New Jersey Brain and Spine team following a seven-year residency at New York Presbyterian-Weill Cornell Medicine and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City, where he was recognized for his distinguished neurosurgical care of his patients as well as his  research on original, minimally invasive approaches to neurosurgery.

Dr. Roth and his Team are outstanding. Whenever I'm in the office, I am made to feel as if I'm the only patient in the office which of course is not true, but their concern for my well-being was evident.

I had cervical spine surgery by Dr. Roth, and I was up and home the next day. The gentleman is not only a gifted surgeon, but a kind man who spends whatever time it takes to understand my problem and to explain what needs to be done. This is just unheard of in healthcare today.

Lastly, I want to recognize his staff, especially Michele Lugo, whose cutomer service skills are exemplary. Everyone of his staff were professional, attentive and kind.

Truly the finest physician in Dr. Roth whose clarity and in depth experience are incredible. Nurse practitioner Alison Barria is likewise a knowledgeable professional whose deep knowledge also contributes to an excellent experience. Couple that with the friendly staff and you have one of the best practices I’ve ever visited.

From his medical staff and office personnel everything was professional. Dr Roth did 3 of my back surgeries including a fusion that has stayed in place over 10 years. My quality of life is better at 68 than is was in my 50s thanks to Dr. Roth.
