Dr. Chirichella is an amazing physician!I have been seeing him for several years and am never disappointed. He has been working to resolve a leg nerve issue that others gave up on. He is tireless in his mission to eliminate my pain. He is a skilled physiatrist which is evident in his out of the box ideas in addressing pain. He’s not a pill pusher. He has resolved a few other issues of mine and I am confident he will get rid of this persistent and tricky one as well. I also must speak of Kim, his assistant, who is one of the kindest and compassionate people I’ve met. The front desk is equally welcoming and eager to help. Today I met Jonathan who Dr. Chirichella instructed to give me wheelchair transport to the waiting room. What a lovely person. He made me coffee and saw to my every need as I waited for a ride. I feel as though I’ve been at a spa day! This is absolutely a wonderfully competent and office. If you require a physiatrist for pain or function, you must see Dr. Chirichella. I highly recommend him and wish I could give him and his staff more than five stars!

We had an excellent experience at this new medical facility. The technology is incredibly advanced, and you can tell they’ve invested in the latest equipment to provide top-level care. What impressed me most was the doctors—they took the time to have real dialogue, explain things clearly, and genuinely listen. The entire experience felt modern, efficient, and very patient-focused. Highly recommend.

I’m a patient of Dr. Roy Vingan for 2 years and already I’ve had two successful back surgeries. The one thing about Dr. Vingan that I truly appreciate is that he did not over promise I’m in my late 50s so I know that I’m not going to be like I was even 10 years ago. I came in in really bad condition severeI’m about to have my first surgery on my neck and I wouldn’t trust anybody else. I’ve also seen Doctor Azmi. Doctor Azmi is a gem as well. Both of them are I would trust both of them with my life and I do. As for the office Julia ,Elise C Denise and Stephanie are the best of the best they make you feel welcome. They care about you. They care about how you do with your surgery and they actually root for you. The office is a big part of any doctor experience. I have to give Dr.Vingan a lot of respect and credit today with the medical gaslighting going on and dismissing patients which I’ve been through( no wonder people hate the medical field me included), but not with these doctors themselves and a few others that I’ve reviewed are that rare exception. I’ve received excellent treatment and honesty and that’s all I can expect. You’re in great hands here.

I saw Dr Azmi for my tremor. He performed focused ultrasound which took care of my tremor. Not only is he a great doctor but a wonderful person!!! Such a GREAT bedside manner! I can’t say enough great things about him! Plus the staff is warm and friendly! It’s a great experience every time we go there! I wish I could give him more then 5 stars!!!

Doctor Patrick Roth an amazing Doctor before I could not walk My right leg was terrible. My L5 S1 pushing on my nerve causing me to not walk, but after the surgery in a slow recovery I’m now in my fifth week and I’m able to walk with no pain. Thanks again to Doctor Roth and his staff absolutely professional Salangel, Lauren, Nicole. Thank you Doctor I can walk again!!!!!

It is always a positive experience. Dr Schmaus is an excellent listener and helpful. The staff is friendly and helpful and the facility is top notch.

We absolutely love this office in Paramus, NJ. The space is modern, spacious, and spotless. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted warmly by the front desk staff — always friendly, smiling, and professional. Appointments are consistently on time, with little to no waiting, which we truly appreciate.
My 83-year-old mother underwent a serious spine surgery performed by Dr. Frankel, and he truly has golden hands. Her recovery was surprisingly smooth and fast, and we are beyond grateful for his skill and care.
We also saw Dr. Schmaus, the orthopedic specialist. He listened to us attentively, clearly explained the cause of the problem and the treatment approach he would use, and provided helpful recommendations for home care.
We highly recommend this practice and are sincerely thankful to these exceptional doctors for their professionalism and compassionate care.
