Our practice annually serves well over 100 emergency patients transferred from other hospitals to Hackensack University Medical Center (HUMC). Patients are often transferred to our facility by ambulance, Medevac or long-range air ambulance when necessary.
At our Physiatry Center, musculoskeletal and orthopedic problems are frequently treated non-surgically. New Jersey Brain and Spine physical medicine and rehabilitation specialists, Dr. Chirichella and Dr. Schmaus, specialize in using non-surgical methods to reduce pain and restore function. They treat neck and back pain as well as sports injuries, shoulder, elbow, hip, and knee conditions.
Our Pediatric Neurosurgery Center is renowned for delivering high-quality, compassionate care to children of all ages. Our board-certified, fellowship-trained pediatric neurosurgeons have worked at the country’s leading programs and treat the full range of pediatric neurosurgical disorders.
