I’m so thankful for all his help. Best neurosurgeon around. A doctor who listens, understands and cares. You can’t go wrong with Dr. Frankel!

I felt very comfortable and the staff was professional.

I've found Dr Frankel to be a very kind and caring physician. When I woke up in recovery Dr Frankel was there at my bedside. He walked with me and the PT, made sure I was pain-free and able to climb the necessary amount of stairs in order to allow me to be discharged. He spoke with my two kids (who are PT's) and they were very impressed that a neurosurgeon would take the time to see me in recovery as well as personally call to check up on my progress.

Doctor was thorough, professional, kind. He explained what was causing my problems and my options to help my situation. He spent a lot of time with me and ensured I had no more questions. He was very knowledgeable with my issues, ordered tests and documentation to review before my appointment to see him ensuring that he could adequately explain my problems! Excellent office. I have been seeing various Drs on the team for about 5+ yrs. The staff is attentive to your needs. I am seen exactly at my appointment time but no more than 10 mins past and thats a plus. Dr Frankle takes the time to explain in detail his findings and provided options for my treatment. His assistant Michelle takes the time to find appointments that fits my schedule and follow-up with a call if needed. Kudos to Dr Frankle and his assistant Michelle 👍🏽❤️

My experience with Dr. Frankel has been top notch. I met him during a very scary visit to HUMC last week and even at my emergency room bedside, he was calm and caring, taking the time to explain all the details. I was scared and he made me feel like we could find solutions. His methodical and steady thought process made everything feel like we would figure things out, together. Dr. Frankel looked at me with compassion and thoughtfulness, which sometimes is the last thing you feel in emergency hospital situations. He was by far the best doctor I encountered during my stay. Yesterday, I had the pleasure of visiting him at his office for my follow up on From Road, and from my initial check in to my final visit with Julia S. the Dr's Concierge, I felt so taken care of. Julia went out of her way to help me find the right doctors in the Neuro Group and scheduling the necessary tests and scans. Her sense of calm and compassion really matched that of Dr. Frankel. Their new office on From Road is modern, airy and bright and feels like a boutique hotel over a clinical cold place. I am so pleased to have found a doctor, like Dr. Frankel. I look forward to his guidance and solutions-based approach to finding out what is happening to my body and brain at this time. Truly outstanding experience!
