There are many doctors who are highly skilled and knowledgeable, but it’s rare to find someone who truly cares and treats their patients as if they were family. My experience with Dr. Kaptain has shown me that he is exactly that—a blessing to have known, whose dedication and compassion make all the difference in the world. Dr. Kaptain has been an exceptional doctor. My mother faced a serious condition that required urgent brain surgery, and he made sure she received the care she needed promptly. Throughout the entire process, he treated us with empathy, compassion, and professionalism, which made a very stressful situation far more manageable. As a patient, it’s incredibly important to have someone supportive, positive, and reassuring, and Dr. Kaptain consistently shows that he will do his very best. His care gives both my mother and me a deep sense of relief and comfort during her ongoing treatments and consultations. The follow-up visits have been excellent, and he, along with his team, makes every step of the process far less stressful. His expertise, dedication, and genuine compassion have truly made this journey less overwhelming and more hopeful. Dr George Kaptain is a stellar neurosurgeon! He is a shining star. He consistently displays exceptional qualities and he is outstanding in his field. He possesses a high level of medical knowledge and skill, but also is compassionate with empathy and is admired by everyone. I had a meningioma in my frontal lobe. He waited for years to do the surgery until he felt it was time.Dr Kaptain was amazing. and the surgery went well With his impeccable skills and a heart like no other. He gave me and my Family his cell phone in case we had any questions or concerns about the surgery and proceeded to do the same after the surgery. Yes this was a wonderful experience and it could have been totally different. Dr Kaptain is a remarkable surgeon as well as a remarkable man! I highly recommend him! Diann Bowe
