Doctor's Biography

Dr. Chirichella is one of the most highly trained physicians in the country for interventional pain management. With advanced subspecialty training in both interventional pain management and musculoskeletal ultrasound, his clinical expertise includes musculoskeletal medicine, rehabilitation, ultrasound-guided injections, nonsurgical spine care and interventional spine procedures.

Dr. Chirichella is dedicated to staying on top of the latest advances in interventional pain management treatment, including developments related to epidural injections, neurotomies and sacroiliac joint injections. He is highly trained in the use of ultrasound as a diagnostic tool and adjuvant to performing accurate injections. Some of his top clinical interests include helping patients manage osteoarthritis (such as by performing joint injections, including knee viscosupplementation), treating sports injuries (including acute and chronic ligament and tendon injuries), and regenerative medicine.

Dr. Chirichella enjoys forming personal relationships with patients, and his primary objective is to accurately diagnose and treat the source of their pain or injury. He formulates a comprehensive plan for each patient, taking their individual circumstances and needs into account and recommending the most conservative treatment appropriate.

I am writing this review to express my gratitude for the exceptional care provided by Dr. Paul Chirichella .As someone in my late 50s. I have dealt with institutional gaslighting from the medical field asso many doctors are arrogant and dismissive which endangers your health and life they treat you like your less than human or a line item .Corporate entities want you to see them as me providers but Dr. Chirichella is not a provider he’s a real doctor. The office is the gateway when you’re in pain you don’t want to deal with ian obnoxious office .Here you will be treated with professionalism and kindness. I want to thank the practice manager,Emma , Bruno Julia S  manager, Jonathan.,Salangel and Denise and Gen. They, always help me and for their professionalism and kindness they make my visit a lot easier .As fir Dr. Paul Chirichella  He’s a physiatrist who actually listens and validate your experience and treats you with genuine humanity and respect.
