Meet The Expert

Doctor's Biography

An early proponent of advanced technologies, Dr. Vingan has been at the forefront of minimally invasive procedures; he was among the first in New Jersey to use frameless cranial and spinal navigation systems, endoscopic cranial and spinal techniques and other minimally invasive brain and spine procedures.

Dr. Vingan is a strong advocate of conservative care, but when surgery is appropriate, he uses state-of-the-art techniques to improve outcomes and speed recovery. He is committed to staying on top of new technology developments and surgical innovations, and was among the first neurosurgeons in the region to use minimally invasive brain and spine surgical procedures.

Saw Dr Vingan for spine issues. So far he’s been absolutely fantastic. A very professional and extremely kind person. Always ready and available for questions. Phenomenal Dr and practice. His staff is top tier and could be be any nicer.
Very patient and seemingly concerned. Listed and explained things and I didn't feel rushed.
Dr. Vingan performed spinal surgery on me . I wS in terrible pain diwn both my legs. Subsequent to my surgery I am completely pain free.
Dr. Vingan is truly the best .I came in there over a year ago in terrible condition. I’m in my late 50s. I was hit by a drunk driver in the 90s and I’ve been suffering. I’ve also developed spinal stenosis and spondylosis so my case is really bad. I was losing hope and badly. Dr Vingan gave me not only my hope back but my life .I’ve had two back surgeries. I would trust no one else. My first surgery was seven hours because I had broken my back as well and he got me through it and what a difference I’m actually feeling human again. anybody that’s been through this knows how bad it is and you do lose hope. when just walking and taking your daily shower, feels like climbing Mount Everest you know you’re in trouble and I knew it. The office is also phenomenal. They care about you. I also work with Nicole Ayala APN I love the team of Dr. Vingan and Nicole. They are true gems. They’re the best .I look forward to my appointments because you know that you’re getting excellent care .The office staff cares about you, Denise upfront Julia Stephanie Elise.C Patty and Adriane. I can’t say enough about this office. I will also be having my neck surgery done soon which is scary but I know that I’m the best hands with Dr. Vingan thank you for giving me my life back and some hope and Nicole and Dr Vingan you guys are truly phenomenal the best of the best.
