It was the first time meeting Dr Chirichella and he spent a lot of time explaining the procedure. I was very nervous and he did everything to elevate my fears. He was knowledgeable and so pleasant. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Carnevale is an absolute gem. Although meeting a neurosurgeon in an emergency setting is never something anyone wants, he is the best to meet. Besides saving my mom’s life, he was also caring, calm, cool, and collected the entire time. He was reassuring while also being realistic about expectations. Dr. Carnevale’s entire team was great; both in the hospital and in his office. They were so patient with answering our myriad questions and walking us through everything step by step. He takes the time to personally answer calls himself. I would/have already recommended Dr. Carnevale to anyone who needs a neurosurgeon!!!!

Truly the finest physician in Dr. Roth whose clarity and in depth experience are incredible. Nurse practitioner Alison Barria is likewise a knowledgeable professional whose deep knowledge also contributes to an excellent experience. Couple that with the friendly staff and you have one of the best practices I’ve ever visited.

Dr. Joseph A. Carnevale MD, is extremely kind, honest, friendly, and absolutely thorough. Unlike most doctors his “bed side” manners are remarkable. He made me feel comfortable and took the time to listen and answer all of my questions. An absolute incredible human being. I look forward to his continuing guidance and would absolutely recommend him to any of my family and friends who need his services .

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Peter Schmaus at New Jersey Brain and Spine, and I can honestly say that my experience with him and his entire team has been exceptional. After my accident falling 15 feet out of a tree, breaking bones in my spine, injuring my neck, and dealing with constant pain through my back, upper body, and elbow life has been a daily challenge. Through all of this, Dr. Schmaus has been steady, patient, and truly caring. He takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make sure I always understand the plan moving forward. His secretary, Gen, has also been incredible. She is warm, organized, and always willing to help, whether it’s scheduling, dealing with Worker’s Comp, or just making the process less stressful. She’s the first person you see when you walk in, and she sets the tone with how welcoming and professional she is. The facility itself is immaculate clean, modern, and beautifully maintained. You can tell immediately that the environment is positive and well run. And it’s not just this doctor and secretary who stand out every single person there is friendly, professional, and clearly cares about the patients. It feels like a team that genuinely works together and takes pride in what they do. I’m still healing and working through the long road of recovery, but having a place like this supporting me has made a huge difference. I’m truly grateful for everything they’ve done for me.
